Warranty

You have ten days to return your hammock, no questions asked.

Our hammocks are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one year. Check your hammock stuff sack for the weight limit and remember that our hammocks are guaranteed for use by one person.

Shipping

We ship to most places in the world. We can ship from Canada, USA, Netherlands, Austraila, and UK. Tracking numbers are sent out the second day. A copy of your receipt will be sent to you by email.
